Job Description / Responsibility

Company Overview:
GPS Migration and Admission is a trusted consultancy organization dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of higher education abroad through scholarships and professional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and online inquiries from students seeking information about studying abroad and scholarships.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding universities, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities.
Follow up on potential leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Maintain and update customer inquiry logs and databases accurately.
Coordinate with the counseling team and schedule appointments for interested students.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor`s degree from any reputed university (running honors or master`s students are also encouraged to apply).

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
Only Female
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role will be preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
