Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
Visit schools, colleges, communities, organizations, and relevant institutions to promote training programs.
Build relationships with students, guardians, educational institutions, local representatives, and referral partners.
Generate leads and convert them into enrolled students.
Conduct promotional campaigns, seminars, career counseling sessions, and admission campaigns.
Achieve monthly and yearly admission/enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support online campaigns and lead conversion.
Prepare regular marketing and enrollment reports.
Identify new markets, opportunities, and potential student sources.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Travel Agency, Manpower Recruitment, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Male
Strong field marketing and student recruitment experience.
Practical knowledge of the vocational/technical training market.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing, and lead generation will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Positive attitude and mentality to go the extra mile to achieve organizational objectives.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel within Dhaka and outside Dhaka for field marketing activities
