- Delco IT is looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B & B2C Sales Specialist IT INDUSTRY ONLY to join our growing team.
- If you’re confident in finding opportunities, building client relationships, handling sales conversations, and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you.
- Responsibilities
- Build and manage a B2B and B2C lead pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
- Qualify leads, run discovery calls, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close contracts.
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Guide and mentor junior sales and lead generation staff.
- Work with the delivery team to scope projects accurately and set client expectations.
- Maintain the CRM with accurate pipeline data and provide weekly reporting to management.
- Manage client relationships after the sale to drive retention, upsells, and referrals.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency

- Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience selling digital services (agency, SaaS, or creative services).
- A verified sales record of at least USD 500,000 in closed revenue over the last two years.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong spoken and written English, comfortable on calls with clients in Australia, the UK, the US, and Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coach a small team.
- Flexibility to work hours that overlap with client time zones.
- Preferred
- Existing network of international clients in the creative, ecommerce, or startup space.
- Experience selling to Australian, American, or European clients.
