Jr. Executive- IT (Network)

Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure secured and smooth Network communication throughout the entire organization.
Partner communication for network service provider, SLA & OLA
Configure firewalls and ensure security of the network.
Update and patch management, device hardening
Incident & change report
Asset Management of all network hardware, license etc.
Ensure backup & restoration of distribution & VPN devices
Troubleshoot and L/2 support end user network related issues
Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
SOP, build documents, project doc, issue register, risk register etc.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Garments
