Job Description / Responsibility

Desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and other IT hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems, including motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.
Install, configure and maintain Windows Operating System and necessary software.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and basic networking issues.
Install and configure printers, scanners and other peripheral devices.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT-related complaints.
Perform hardware installation, replacement, upgrading and preventive maintenance.
Maintain inventory records of computers, laptops, printers, networking devices and other IT assets.
Maintain IT asset tagging and proper documentation.
Configure user accounts, email, shared folders and basic access permissions.
Perform regular backup and assist in data recovery when required.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric attendance machines and other IT-related equipment where applicable.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware repair, warranty and technical support.
Maintain IT troubleshooting logs and prepare necessary reports.
Ensure proper IT security practices and prevent unauthorized access to company devices.
Provide IT support to office, warehouse/depot and other company locations when required.
Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
