Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives.
- Manage overall IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networking equipment, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, and other IT facilities.
- Lead and monitor IT support/helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, switches, routers, network security, and connectivity between factory and corporate offices.
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ERP, HRIS, payroll, attendance, production, inventory, merchandising, and other business applications.
- Manage server administration, data storage, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure effective IT security and cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, endpoint protection, access control, password policies, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Develop and maintain appropriate backup and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruption.
- Monitor IT assets, software licenses, hardware inventory, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Ensure proper procurement, installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, software companies, and external IT consultants.
- Manage IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost control, and technology investments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, data protection requirements, and customer/buyer IT security requirements.
- Support buyer/customer audits and compliance assessments related to IT, data security, access control, and information management.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, network diagrams, system configurations, licenses, assets, and IT procedures.
- Lead IT projects such as ERP implementation, system upgrades, digitalization, automation, cloud migration, and technology integration.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential IT risks and failures.
- Ensure adequate IT support for factory operations, including production, IE, quality, merchandising, HR & Admin, commercial, finance, warehouse, washing, and management functions.
- Establish IT policies for acceptable use of computers, internet, email, data, and company systems.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the IT team and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities.
- Prepare regular IT performance reports, incident reports, system status reports, and management updates.
- Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network security.
- Experience in ERP/HRIS and integration with business applications.
- Knowledge of database administration and server management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Good knowledge of IT asset and license management.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other factory IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and IT audit requirements.
