Job Description / Responsibility

About SMS Corporation
SMS Corporation is a leading importer, distributor, and retailer of premium Door Fittings, Architectural Hardware, and Interior Hardware Products in Bangladesh. To support our business expansion, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Marketing Executives who can build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
Dhaka City – 02 positions.
Outside Dhaka / Inter-City – 03 positions.
Job Responsibilities
Visit dealers, retailers, hardware shops, contractors, architects, builders, and project customers regularly.
Generate new business opportunities and increase product sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks.
Collect orders and coordinate with the office for timely delivery.
Promote company products and introduce new products to the market.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Follow up customer payments and outstanding collections.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Provide market feedback and customer requirements to management.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Diploma
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Retail Store, Wholesale
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 32 years
Only Male
Willingness to travel regularly for market visits and customer meetings.
For Inter-City positions, willingness to travel outside Dhaka is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Honest, hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email & Internet).
Valid motorcycle driving licence will be an advantage.
