Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Merchandising teams.
- Monitor line efficiency and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production reports and take corrective actions to minimize losses and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production supervisors and line management teams.
- Control production costs through effective resource utilization.
- Resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow across all sewing lines.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Minimum 2 years of Managerial role experience in manufacturing, preferably in Luggage/Bags/Garments or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.
- Proven ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of quality, safety, compliance, and production SOPs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills with IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Store, and HR teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
