Job Description / Responsibility

Implement and maintain the factory’s Quality Management System according to company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
Ensure all departments follow approved SOPs, work instructions, quality policies, and procedures.
Prepare, review, update, and control QMS manuals, SOPs, work instructions, formats, checklists, and records.
Maintain proper document and record-control systems.
Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and maintain audit records.
Support external, customer, certification, and social/compliance-related audits when required.
Monitor key quality indicators such as DHU, RFT, defect rate, alteration, rejection, rework, customer complaints, and final inspection performance.
Lead or facilitate root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto analysis, and CAPA.
Coordinate with Production, QA, IE, Maintenance, Merchandising, and other departments to eliminate systemic quality problems.
Monitor quality controls from fabric receiving and inspection through cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing, packing, and shipment.
Arrange QMS, quality awareness, SOP, and customer-requirement training for employees.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Cutting, Finishing, IE, Maintenance, HR, Merchandising, and Compliance teams.
Present audit findings, customer complaints, CAPA status, quality trends, risks, and improvement activities.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Eng & Production
BRAC University,City University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Candidate will get priority working with FCCA, QIMA, STW, GMP, Primark and C&A
