Job Description / Responsibility
- Find, monitor, and evaluate government, private, corporate, NGO, and institutional tenders to identify relevant business opportunities and ensure result-driven performance.
- Expert in e-GP Tender Management, including tender searching, document analysis, online submission, tender follow-up and deadline management.
- Understand and analyze technical specifications, BOQ, eligibility criteria, product requirements and evaluation criteria of tenders.
- Maintain professional relationships with key persons, procurement officers, purchasing officers and relevant decision-makers in government and private organizations.
- Prepare tender costing, quotations, product specifications, samples and required documents in coordination with Sales, Production and Accounts teams.
- Monitor tender security, submission deadlines, clarification, opening, evaluation and work order processes.
- Handle client communication and coordinate production, delivery, documentation and payment collection after receiving work orders.
- Conduct market research on tender opportunities, competitor pricing, product requirements and upcoming government and private procurements.
- Develop new government, corporate and private clients and increase company sales through tender-based business development.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations, work orders, client information and previous tender performance.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate & Tender Sales, with a proven track record in the garments industry.
- Strong practical knowledge and experience in e-GP Tendering.
- Good understanding of Government and Private Tender Procedures.
- Strong ability to understand technical specifications, BOQ and tender requirements.
- Experience in Garments/Textile Tender Business will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking and client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, costing and quotation preparation.
