Job Description / Responsibility

Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and enter data into the payroll system, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll processes comply with local, state, and federal tax laws, labor standards, and company policies.
Tax Filing & Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, year-end tax forms (e.g., W-2s, 1099s), and statutory declarations.
Benefits Administration: Deduct appropriate amounts for health insurance, retirement plans (like 401k), health savings accounts, and wage garnishments.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve employee queries or discrepancies regarding salaries, deductions, and leave balances.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical payroll files, including employment contracts, tax forms, and leave records.
Audit Support: Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external auditors.
· Attention to Detail: Precision is critical to avoid costly financial errors or legal non-compliance.
Confidentiality: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial and personal employee information.
Mathematical Skills: Strong numeracy to accurately calculate complex wages, deductions, and tax rates.
Time Management: Ability to meet strict, recurring deadlines under pressure.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years

Candidates with ‘Unisoft X-Factor’ software knowledge will be given preference.
