Job Description / Responsibility

100% Export-Oriented Woven Garments Factory
Aleya Apparels Limited is a 100% export-oriented woven garments factory with over 10 years of industry experience. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated professionals to join our Merchandising Team
Job Location: Aleya Apparels Limited, 244, Sengair Road, Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka- 1340
Job Responsibilities
Independently handle buyer accounts, especially KiK Buyer.
Coordinate with the Sample Section for sample development, accuracy, timely dispatch, and buyer comments/approvals.
Handle fabric quality, consumption, costing, and pricing.
Follow up on the complete merchandising process from development to shipment.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Coordinate with the Commercial Team regarding shipping documents and related formalities.
Maintain regular communication and provide updates to buyers.
Prepare necessary reports and information for management.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Experience: 8–10 years in woven garments merchandising.
Strong experience in Woven Tops & Bottoms (Shirt & Pant).
KiK Buyer experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of fabric, consumption, costing, pricing, and production follow-up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Must be capable of working independently and under pressure.
Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
Candidates must have proven experience working with KiK Buyer. Immediate joiners are required.
