Job Description / Responsibility

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing (Trims & Accessories Manufacturing Company)
We are a leading trims and accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh, proudly serving renowned RMG factories and international buying houses. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Asst. Manager – Marketing & Sales to drive customer engagement, manage sales operations, and ensure seamless order execution across our diverse product portfolio.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote trims and accessories to RMG buyers and buying houses.
Provide proactive customer support and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Monitor orders from development to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any commercial discrepancies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, client visit reports, and performance updates to management.
Any others task by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Secondary

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Male
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings and factory visits
