Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and manage administrative activities within the Quality Department, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Act as the central coordination point between QA and other key departments, including MR, Development, Audit, and Production.
- Conduct daily follow-up of TIL order recaps and maintain accurate, updated tracking logs.
- Manage, upload, and maintain daily inspection reports in WFX and other relevant QA systems.
- Track, consolidate, and recap Health Check Reports, Needle Reports, and monthly Lab Test Reports.
- Monitor and report Monthly FTY (First Time Yield) Quality Performance on a daily basis.
- Prepare and update the monthly QA workload tracker to ensure proper visibility and workload balance.
- Complete Test Request Forms (TRF) as required and ensure timely submission of samples for testing.
- Record, circulate, and follow up on weekly quality meetings Minutes and related action points.
- Manage and maintain the Gold Seal sample workbook and ensure proper recordkeeping of samples.
- Collect and consolidate daily defect data from factory QC teams for quality monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate hue tests, colour blindness tests, and shade evaluation tests with relevant QA and production teams.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain QA files and shipment samples for shipping orders.
- Maintain a robust and organised documentation system for all QA records, ensuring documents are current, accessible, properly stored, and audit-ready.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, garment manufacturing and QA processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with QA platforms like WFX.
