Sales & Business Development (HoReCa)
Sales & Business Development (Industrial)
Location: Anywhere in Dhaka
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Lead, motivate and monitor the field sales team.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, HoReCa, Industrial or B2B Sales.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of e-Commerce.
