Job Description / Responsibility

Assistant Regional Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage and standardize service operations across service-centers and field service activities in the region: implement consistent service processes, checklists and quality standards.
Drive service-center and field team performance: turnaround time, first-time fix rate, job volumes, repair quality and efficiency.
Coach and develop your regional service team and partner personnel; ensure training, compliance, and process adherence
Proven ability to lead partner networks and to manage cross-functional collaboration with Material management, technical team, logistics, and service teams.
Ensure excellent dealer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships, collect regular feedback, address their concerns and ensure the support they need.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the sales team: ensure alignment between sales and service.
Strong technical understanding of mobile-device service/repair: service centers, field service, spare parts, warranty flows.
Analyze region-wise service data: job volumes, repeat repair rates, parts consumption, competitive service activity, translate insights into action.
Drive growth of service business: paid repairs, accessories, monitor revenue, margin and cost of service operations.
Spare-parts logistics and inventory in the region: ensure availability, reduce downtime, optimize cost.
Handle major issues and lead root-cause resolution and preventive actions.
Travel throughout the region regularly to visit service-centers and dealers, build relationships, audit partner performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Masters

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
