Job Description / Responsibility

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding PSM service-related queries, requests, and concerns.
Maintain regular communication and strong professional relationships with clients and project committees.
Receive, record, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with PSM Operations and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor pending and critical issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
Maintain proper records of client communications, complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
Monitor contract/service renewal requirements and follow up with clients accordingly.
Identify potential additional service requirements and refer qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
Prepare and submit regular reports on customer complaints, service status, pending issues, feedback, and renewal status.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely communication and fulfillment of client requirements.
Support client retention by proactively addressing customer concerns and maintaining service satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

BBA/MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
