Job Description / Responsibility

Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in the company database.
Inform customers about our products, services, offers and different campaigns. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 32 years
Only Female
English fluency is must.
Candidates will have to be presentable.
Have a Decent typing speed.
Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
