Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused “Female Customer Care Executive” to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and delivery.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Delivery, and Admin teams when required.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
Perform other customer-care-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Business Studies
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Studies

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 40 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette.Good command of Bangla and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
