Job Description / Responsibility

Job Purpose
To develop competent sales professionals by providing structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in Interior Sales, Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The MTO will support the Sales Team in achieving business targets and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in generating sales leads and identifying potential clients for interior design and consultancy services.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design and Technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases regularly.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitors.
Assist in arranging client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
Follow up on ongoing sales opportunities and ensure timely communication with clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for the reporting manager.
Learn and understand the company`s interior design services, products, pricing, and sales processes.
Participate in training programs and development activities assigned by the management.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Internship or relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Real Estate, Interior Design, or Consultancy will be an added advantage.
