Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Ecoray Sustainability & Design Limited (Ecoray Group) is a growing sustainability and design consultancy specializing in Industrial Building Design, Architectural & Structural Engineering, LEED & EDGE Certification, Energy & Environmental Consultancy, and Sustainable Building Solutions.
- We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Jr. Executive / Executive – Digital Marketing & SEO to strengthen our digital presence, improve online visibility, support lead generation, and promote our services through various digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Website Management, Lead Generation, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing the company's Digital Marketing and SEO strategy.
- Perform Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and basic Technical SEO.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, URLs, and internal links.
- Monitor and improve Google Search Engine Rankings and organic website traffic.
- Manage company profiles and content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare and publish professional social media posts, articles, blogs, and promotional content.
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support B2B lead generation through digital platforms, particularly for industrial, architectural, sustainability, and certification services.
- Assist in developing LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Prepare basic Digital Marketing & SEO performance reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Design Teams for marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Assist in website content updates and basic website management.
- Maintain digital marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Stay updated with current SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, social media trends, and digital marketing tools.
- Perform other marketing-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field from a reputed university.
- Professional certification/course in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing & SEO are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in B2B Marketing / Lead Generation will receive preference.
- Good practical knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Keyword Planner
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Backlink Building, SEO Audit, and Competitor Analysis.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS and website content management.
- Good English Content Writing & Copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Must be creative, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
