Job Description / Responsibility

About the Role
RDS Creative Limited, a leading interior solutions company, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, lead generation and lead management, and brand communication to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
Manage end-to-end lead management, including lead collection, tracking, follow-up, nurturing, and coordination with the Sales team.
Monitor and optimize leads generated from digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising and promotional campaigns.
Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand positioning and communication.
Manage social media platforms and coordinate content plans to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the Sales, Design, and other relevant teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
Coordinate with creative agencies, content creators, and vendors for digital marketing and branding activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
BBA & MBA in Marketing from any reputed public or private university, and relevant academic background

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency
