Job Description / Responsibility

- As our brand continues to grow, we are committed to creating engaging, creative, and impactful content that reflects our values and connects with our audience. We are looking for a passionate Creative Content & Script Writer who will play a key role in shaping our brand voice across digital platforms through compelling content, creative storytelling, and impactful scripts.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Write engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Develop compelling captions, headlines, carousel copy, and promotional content for offers, discounts, and new product launches.
- Create creative scripts for reels, commercials, recipe videos, product videos, customer testimonial videos, and other marketing campaigns.
- Write product descriptions highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Develop website content, including Homepage, About Us, FAQ, Landing Pages, and other static pages.
- Produce SEO-friendly content by incorporating relevant keywords and search-focused writing techniques.
- Create compelling brand stories that communicate HF Food Service`s vision, mission, and values.
- Generate creative campaign concepts and content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
- Prepare voice-over scripts, YouTube titles, descriptions, and effective Call-to-Action (CTA) copy.
- Ensure timely delivery of content according to the approved Content Calendar.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to execute campaigns successfully.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, language styles, and content formats to continuously improve content quality.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or Script Writing (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, or FMCG industry).
- Excellent writing skills in both Bangla and English.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content writing, script writing, campaign copy, blogs, social media content, or other creative writing projects.
- Good understanding of SEO Content Writing, Social Media Copywriting, CTA Writing, and Script Writing.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different content formats and target audiences.
- Strong research, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience in the Food, FMCG, or E-commerce industry will be considered an added advantage.
