Job Description / Responsibility
- YADEPAN is a professional mechanical and electrical engineering company with a strong market reputation and extensive industry experience in Myanmar and Thailand.
- Our business activities include:
- Solar power generation, energy storage systems, smart microgrids, and solar UPS solutions;
- Central air-conditioning systems, chiller systems, and solar-powered air-conditioning solutions; and Related mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.
- YADEPAN BD. LIMITED officially commenced operations in Bangladesh in September 2026. To support our continued growth and market expansion, we are seeking qualified, professional, and highly motivated individuals to join our team.

- Prepare system designs, layouts, calculations, single-line diagrams, BOQs, and technical documentation for solar PV and energy storage projects.
- Conduct preliminary system sizing and equipment selection based on project requirements.
- Support technical proposals, tender documents, project costing, and engineering planning.
- Coordinate design revisions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
- As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
