Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning to handover
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor on-site interior work to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications
- Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
- B.Sc. in Architecture or relative discipline from a recognized university.
- PGD/ Certification in Interior Design or Project Management will be preferred
- Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or Project Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Interior project management.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Interior project management
- Prior experience in a similar AGM or leadership role is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Interior projects
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Familiarity with interior design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities
