Job Description / Responsibility

KARNAPHULI INSURANCE PLC, a reputable private insurance company, is seeking a bright, proactive, and energetic individual—whether a fresher or an experienced professional—ready to embrace a challenging career in insurance for the following position: Asstt. Manager (Assistant System Administrator)
Job Location: IT Department, Head Office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
Day to day Hardware, Network, IT equipment Maintenances and ensure Offline/Online support services of Branch Offices.
Assist the Branches to underwrite the policy in the light of IDRA guideline.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in Computer
Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology
3 Years Diploma/Graduation in CSE from Govt. approved any Board/University.
Or Masters in any discipline having with Professional knowledge on IT &/or Hardware, Network Maintenances/Development.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 32 years
Job Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in relevant field. Given priority in Insurance Sector.
Other Requirements:
The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
The candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla both written & speaking.
Age should not exceed 32 years as on October 10, 2026.
