Business Development Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Business Health Care, a reputed business consulting firm, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to build relationships with clients and support the Organization's growth through lead generation and relationship management.
Contact and engage prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Identify and connect with potential clients, entrepreneurs, and investors
Present Business Health Care's services and business opportunities to prospects
Generate qualified leads and maintain consistent follow-up
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
Build and sustain long-term professional client relationships
Prepare periodic performance and activity reports
Employment Status
Contractual (3 months; renewable based on performance)

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor's/Honors degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, English, or Communications

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Consulting Firms, E-commerce, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
Working knowledge of MS Office Packages and AI Tools, CRM tools
