Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate Physical Education lessons
Conduct fitness activities, drills, sports coaching, and skill-development sessions
Monitor and assess student participation, skills, and physical development
Identify and nurture students with sporting potential
Prepare students and school teams for competitions and tournaments
Organize Sports Days, inter-house competitions, tournaments, and other sporting activities
Promote physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Ensure appropriate health, safety, and safeguarding practices during all activities
Maintain sports equipment and ensure its safe and appropriate use
Contribute to extracurricular and after-school sports programmes
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
Participate actively in professional development and wider school activities
Responsibilities may evolve according to the needs and priorities of the school.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Physical Education and Sports Science

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years
Only Female
Strong knowledge of physical education, fitness, sports coaching, student safety, and safeguarding.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for Primary and Secondary students, with effective classroom and field management.
Expertise in one or more sports such as Badminton, Basketball, Athletics, Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, or Swimming will be an advantage.
Good command of English, strong organizational skills, and willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and preferably commit for at least two years.
