Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Context: Full-time field marketing and client acquisition for Hospital & Diagnostic services.

- Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to registered doctors, private clinics, and pharmacies in Gazipur to promote diagnostic facilities (Pathology, Radiology, CT Scan, USG, ECG, etc.) and hospital services.
- Build, nurture, and maintain professional referral relationships with medical practitioners and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pitch corporate healthcare packages, pre-employment check-ups, and executive health plans to garment factories, corporate offices, and local institutions.
- Plan, organize, and execute community health camps, diagnostic screening drives, and health awareness programs in key local zones.
- Distribute marketing materials (leaflets, health packages, brochures) and ensure strong brand presence across strategic locations.
- Track diagnostic test volumes, monitor competitor pricing & activities, and provide weekly intelligence reports to management.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets for diagnostic center walk-ins and corporate tie-ups.
- Submit daily call reports, target achievement updates, and field log sheets to the Marketing Manager.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, BBA, Healthcare Management, or any discipline from a recognized University.
- Educational background in Science / Pharmacy / Biochemistry will be given extra preference.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and field-level negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gazipur and nearby regions.
