Job Description / Responsibility

Perform day-to-day computer operation and data entry tasks.
Prepare, maintain and update office documents, records and reports.
Handle MS Word, MS Excel, email and other office applications.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Prepare letters, statements, invoices, reports and other documents as required.
Enter and verify data accurately and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Assist different departments with computer-related administrative work.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Bachelor/Honors
Candidates with a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications or Office Management will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. (Fresher will be encourage to apply)
Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/E-mail.
Good Bangla and English typing skills.
Minimum typing speed: Bangla 25 WPM and English 30 WPM preferred.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
Good communication, time-management and organizational skills.
Experience in a pharmaceutical/homoeopathic laboratory or manufacturing company will be an advantage.
