Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the quality control team, including scheduling workloads and providing training and guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for all sewing operations, including measuring garments, checking for defects, and conducting visual inspections.
- Monitor and report on quality control performance, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as necessary.
- Work closely with production managers to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct PP meeting, Risk assessment for upcoming styles and have skill to make and check finished pattern.
- Investigate customer complaints and issues related to quality, working with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions.
- Discharging duties and responsibilities by maintaining safety and compliance procedure.
- Ensure that all equipment used in sewing operations is properly maintained and calibrated to deliver consistent quality results.
- Participate in regular meetings with other departments to discuss quality-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience on quality control role in garments manufacturing industry (Denim bottom)
- Strong knowledge of sewing operations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of quality control software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good computer operating skill & communication skill.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
