Job Description / Responsibility

Independently investigate, manage, and resolve client complaints, quality issues, and inspection-related disputes.
Lead and monitor inspection activities for textile, apparel, footwear, and related inspectors and products.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements and company quality management systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and inspection coordinators.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and client complaints.
Deliver technical training, coaching, and competency development programs for inspection staff.
Maintain effective communication with clients regarding inspection findings, corrective actions, and service requirements.
Participate in internal audits, management reviews, and accreditation assessments.
Monitor inspector performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Additional qualifications in Quality Management and Inspection will be an advantage.
