Job Description / Responsibility
- Raw Materials (RM)
- Raw Material Inventory এবং Material In & Out Flow নিয়ন্ত্রণ।
- Order ও Bill অনুযায়ী Fabric Receiving ও Storage নিশ্চিত করা।
- Material Quality ও যথাযথ Documentation নিশ্চিত করা।
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Material Purchasing Plan তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন।
- Fabric Market ও Supplier Factory নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন।
- Supplier Management ও Material Quality Improvement।
- Market Analysis এবং নতুন Material/Source চিহ্নিত করে Design Team-কে তথ্য প্রদান।
- Quality Control (QC)
- প্রতিটি Style-এর Production Stage-এ Quality Control নিশ্চিত করা।
- Quality Standard বজায় রাখা এবং Defect, Alteration ও Rejection কমানো।
- Quality Check Report পর্যালোচনা ও সংরক্ষণ।
- Quality-related সমস্যা দ্রুত সমাধান ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগগুলোর সঙ্গে সমন্বয়।
- Sample Section
- Sample Department-এর সার্বিক কার্যক্রম তদারকি।
- Design ও Sample Team-এর মধ্যে সমন্বয়।
- Sample Productivity বৃদ্ধি ও কাজের অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ।
- Consumption, Costing, Cutting ও Sewing Productivity মূল্যায়ন।
- Pattern, Measurement ও Sample Quality যাচাই।
- Merchandising
- সেলস বাজেট অনুযায়ী Production Budget ও Production Plan প্রস্তুত ও বাস্তবায়ন।
- Design থেকে Final Product পর্যন্ত সম্পূর্ণ Production Process তদারকি।
- Producer Capacity মূল্যায়ন, Order Allocation ও Producer Management।
- Production Tracking, Order Monitoring ও Management Report প্রস্তুত।
- Production Cost ও Producer Payment পরিকল্পনা ও Accounts-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয়।
- Material Order ও Procurement কার্যক্রম সমন্বয়।
