Job Description / Responsibility

Assist Senior Merchandisers in following up buyer orders.
Follow Sample, BOM, Fabric, Accessories, and other material requirements.
Follow up Cutting, Sewing, Packing, and Production progress.
Assist in updating T&A / Critical Path and order status.
Follow up final inspection and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, and Shipping teams.
Assist in preparing buyer documents, reports, and emails.
Identify material shortages, production delays, and shipment risks and report them on time.
After training, gradually handle styles and POs independently.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Textile Engineering
Bachelor/Honors
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel, Business Administration, English, or any relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Lingerie Manufacturing
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0-2 years of experience in a Garments Factory or Buying House will be an advantage.
No strong merchandising experience is required.
Strong interest in Garments Merchandising and willingness to learn.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be responsible, careful, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to work with Production, QC, Procurement, Shipping, and other departments.
Experience in underwear, lingerie, or knit products will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
