Job Description / Responsibility

Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
Experience on Inditex, BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, ICS, STeP by Oeko-tex FSLM, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS & Oeko-Tex etc.
Prepared the CAP against audit report.
Ensure current company health and safety procedures whilst making suggestions for improvement.
Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file, resign worker file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet etc.
Handle employee grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues effectively and professionally.
Coordinate training, capacity-building, awareness programs and employee engagement programs for workers and staff.
Coordinate cross-functional Department to foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and safety accountability.
Report daily activities to superiors.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Strong understanding of Labor laws, regulations, and best practices.·
Working experience with Inditex·
Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English, and must be a team player with a pleasant personality.·
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame
