Job Description / Responsibility

Major duties and responsibilities:
Develop and modify patterns for outerwear garments based on buyer specifications, tech packs, and design requirements.
Prepare accurate patterns, grading, and marker-related inputs while ensuring proper measurements, fit, and garment construction.
Conduct pattern correction and fit analysis based on sample evaluation, comments, and trial results.
Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, Merchandising, and CAD teams to ensure smooth development and timely submission of samples.
Ensure pattern accuracy, minimize fabric wastage, and maintain proper records of patterns, revisions, and approved specifications.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any public/ reputed private university.
Educational qualifications may be flexible for candidates with strong technical expertise and substantial relevant experience.

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years
