Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary
- We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager – Packaging Adhesives will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth of flexible packaging lamination adhesives, including solvent-based and solventless adhesive systems. The position requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, key-account management, business development, and application support.
- The role will focus on providing high-performance adhesive solutions for bonding multiple layers of plastic films, aluminium foil, paper, and other flexible packaging substrates, while solving complex lamination and bonding challenges for packaging converters and manufacturers.
- Office Location: 7th Floor, Sharif Mansion, 56–57 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka–1000
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key corporate accounts among flexible packaging converters, laminators, pouch manufacturers, film producers, and other packaging companies.
- Identify new customers, business opportunities, applications, and market segments.
- Expand market share for solvent-based and solventless lamination adhesives.
- Develop long-term relationships with owners, technical managers, plant managers, procurement heads, production managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, application trials, and machine trials directly on customers` lamination machinery.
- Provide technical support for adhesive selection, mixing, coating, curing, lamination, and troubleshooting.
- Work with substrates including PE, BOPP, PET, CPP, aluminium foil, paper, and other flexible packaging films.
- Understand and support applications involving flexible packaging, pouch making, film lamination, extrusion-related structures, and multilayer packaging.
- Coordinate with R&D/Technical teams for product development and modification against competitor products and specific customer requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor`s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in adhesives, coatings, flexible packaging, or related chemical products.
- Strong technical understanding of flexible packaging lamination processes and adhesive applications.
- Practical knowledge of solvent-based and/or solventless lamination adhesives is highly preferred.
- Understanding of lamination machinery, pouch making, extrusion, curing processes, and flexible packaging structures.
- Good knowledge of film and foil substrates, including PE, BOPP, PET, CPP,
