Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective Sales Strategies and business development plans for Industrial Air Compressors and related products across Manufacturing, Textile, Garments, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Plastics, Automotive, and other Industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with Industrial Clients and Key Decision Markers.
- Visit customer sites to understand their compressed-air requirements and recommend appropriate compressor solutions in coordination with the technical team.
- Prepare Quotations, Commercial Proposals, Product negotiations, and sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales target.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing, customer requirements and emerging business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers while maintain the company’s profitability and business objectives.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Service, Operations, and Finance Teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
- Maintain and updated sales pipeline, customer database, sales forecast, and regular management reports.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, seminars, client meetings, and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand reputation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Contribute to market expansion, revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term business development.
- Any Other Tasks Assigning by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Diploma in Electronics in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Professional certifications or training in Sales, Marketing, Industrial Equipment, or Compressed Air Systems will be considered as an advantage.
- Candidate with any discipline having relevant experience in Industrial Air Compressor/Air Dryer will be considered as an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Sound Knowledge in both Bangla and English.
- Motor Bike Riding is highly appreciated.
