Job Description / Responsibility

We are a growing Freight Forwarding company looking for 2 energetic, proactive, and smart Customer Service Executives to join our team. No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent and professional relationships with clients.
Provide timely shipment updates, tracking information, and booking details via email and phone.
Coordinate smoothly with internal teams (operations and logistics) and external partners.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding at an executive level.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Basic computer literacy, including professional emailing, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Ability to stay calm and customer-focused under pressure.
A strong desire to build a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
