Job Description / Responsibility
- Paw Limited is a logistics and supply-chain company specializing in Bangladesh–China air freight and international onward shipping solutions.

- Our logistics network supports shipments from Bangladesh to China by air, with onward transportation from China to Europe and other international destinations by Train.

- We are looking for an experienced and highly target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who can develop B2B logistics business and bring substantial shipment volume to the company.

- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new B2B customers for international logistics and air freight services.
- Generate business from exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, e-commerce companies and corporate clients.
- Develop Bangladesh → China air shipment business and onward international shipments from China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Achieve a minimum business target of 120 tons of shipment volume per month.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and continuously generate new business.
- Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors and freight rates.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, shipment-volume reports and business development plans.
- Develop strategic relationships with logistics agents and corporate customers.
- Lead sales and marketing activities to increase company revenue and market share.
- In addition:
- Performance-based commission on successful business/shipment volume.
- Profit-sharing opportunity may be offered based on business performance and mutually agreed terms.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo, International Shipping, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in air freight and China-related logistics will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with an established B2B customer network in the logistics/freight industry will receive preference.
- Proven track record of generating substantial shipment volume/revenue will be highly valued. Additional Requirements
- Strong B2B sales and business-development capability.
- Excellent client acquisition and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international logistics and air freight.
- Target-oriented and capable of achieving 120+ tons/month.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Bangla, If know Chinese language is more advantage .
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
