Senior Executive (Customer Service)- Air Freight

Job Description / Responsibility

Manage customer communication and ensure timely responses to queries and requests.
Share air freight rates and coordinate booking requirements with customers, shippers, and buying houses.
Collect and verify shipment details and required documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for customs clearance, shipment collection, and documentation updates.
Provide booking and clearance instructions to the Air Operations team.
Monitor shipment progress and follow up to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain professional customer service and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of assigned tasks.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Ability to work effectively with the company-designated ERP system.
Strong understanding of air freight processes, booking procedures, documentation, and shipment coordination.
Experience in dealing with airlines, customers, vendors, buying houses, and overseas agents will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
Candidates with prior experience in a freight forwarding company will be prioritized during the CV screening process.
