Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and posting Payments Voucher, Receipts Voucher & Journal Voucher in Tally/accounting software·
Process all types of bills in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Record accounting vouchers through proper documentation.
Maintain all financial records and books of Accounts.
Maintain cash and bank book, General ledger book & other relevant registers.
To work with the team leader for preparing the Finance & Accounts related documents & reports
To accomplish the responsibilities given by supervisors.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (Tally Software).
Strong understanding of tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good Command of English in both speaking and writing.
