Assistant Manager - ICD/Depot Operation.

Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise daily depot operations, including container receiving, delivery, stuffing, unstuffing, and yard movements.
Manage manpower and coordinate effectively between CFS, CSD, Transport, labor, and other operational teams.
Look after end-to-end Port operations, Import processes, and all related documentation.
Maintain strong connections and seamless communication with forwarders, C&F agents, and shipping agents.
Monitor container and cargo management to ensure proper positioning, cargo safety, FIFO, and timely delivery.
Ensure zero service failure across QNS CFS, CSD, Import, or other relevant departments.
Ensure strict planning and execution to achieve absolutely zero shut out of cargo.
Achieve the budgeted quantity of TEUs and overall revenue targets.
Reduce container waiting time by strictly obeying company SOPs and customs requirements.
Reduce vacant trips of prime movers to a maximum of 20%.
Ensure zero irregularities regarding Customs and CPA compliance in every dimension.
Resolve operational issues promptly and provide regular reports and updates to management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Port Service, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Only Male
Strong practical knowledge of Customs processes
The specific rules/regulations of ICD depots.
Proven leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving skills.
