Job Description / Responsibility

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭
𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, ( 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 ) 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧 12 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 Housing 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 specially 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞
Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Inbound & Out bound phone calls follow up his subordinates.
To know Lead collation knowledge and take challenges & achieve monthly sales target.
Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow up daily information.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of business administration BBA or MBA

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Candidate Must Be Do Their Duty Perfectly And Boots The Sales.
To have sufficient knowledge regarding Outdoor marketing indeed.
Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
Good command over English and Bengali.
To have all type of report generate capacity.
Must have Team management skills and leadership qualities.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Computer skill must ( Microsoft office in bangla type is mandatory ).

At leat 12 years experience in land Sales
