Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales of land shares and residential flats.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of team and individual targets.
Guide the sales team in client handling, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing.
Develop sales plans and strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
Handle key clients and support the team in closing high-value property deals.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for business growth.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline.
MBA will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
8–12 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
Must have hands-on experience in both Land Share Sales and Flat Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in leading and managing a Sales team is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh Real Estate market.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Strong client relationship and team management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
