Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Insurance Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility
- A leading 1st generation non-life insurance of Bangladesh, is looking for smart, energetic, confident and career-oriented young professionals to join its Corporate Head Office as Management Trainee Officers (MTO) in Insurance Marketing & Client Relationship.
- This opportunity is designed for individuals who are interested in building a career in insurance marketing, corporate client management, business development and relationship management.
- Provision Period
- 3 (Three) Months
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month provision period at the Corporate Head Office. During this period, trainees will receive practical exposure to insurance marketing, client communication, business development and corporate relationship management.
- Based on performance during the provision period, successful candidates may be considered for regular employment with Central Insurance PLC.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and business meetings.
- Visit corporate and individual clients when required for business development.
- Present and explain different general insurance products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and other necessary client documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert business opportunities into actual business.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide necessary service support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, meetings, prospects and business development activities.
- Assist senior management in developing and maintaining corporate client relationships.
- Achieve assigned business development and marketing targets.
- Perform other marketing and client-related responsibilities assigned by management.
- Candidate Profile

- Confident and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting meetings.
- Interested in Insurance Marketing & Business Development.
- Proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Good at negotiation, persuasion and relationship building.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Willing to meet clients and travel within Dhaka when required.
- Target-oriented, energetic and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic business communication.
- Professional, disciplined and eager to build a long-term career in the insurance sector.
