Job Description / Responsibility
- Channel Partnerships
- Identify, approach and onboard agency and intermediary partners to distribute Chhaya's offerings in different sector.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and service commitments
- Build and manage a partner pipeline; own the full cycle from first contact to first policy sold
- Corporate Accounts
- Develop corporate and institutional clients for group and employee-benefit insurance offerings
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets and presentations for corporate prospects
- Manage the tender/procurement process where applicable
- Embedded & Platform Partnerships
- Identify platforms, marketplaces and service providers where insurance can be embedded into an existing customer flow
- Work with product and technology teams to scope integration requirements and take partnerships from concept to launch
- Account Management & Reporting
- Maintain active relationships with onboarded partners and drive volume growth per account
- Track partner performance, prepare pipeline and revenue reports for management
- Gather partner and market feedback and feed it back into product development
- Cross-functional
- Coordinate with product, operations, marketing and underwriting teams to ensure partner commitments are delivered
- Support the preparation of MoUs, agreements and partner documentation with the relevant teams
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experience must be in B2B sales, channel or partnership management, key account management, or institutional/corporate sales
- Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply. Experience in insurance, fintech, banking, travel or SaaS will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- The final designation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
