Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Event Client Service & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and event presentations.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Plan and manage event logistics from start to finish.
Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.
Ensure smooth operation of décor, lighting, sound, LED, truss, and other event elements.
Maintain event timelines and quality standards.
Resolve on-site operational issues professionally.
Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
1–3 years of experience in Event Management, Client Service, or Operations (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
