Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Additional Job Requirements

Professional Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven track record in digital marketing management and active freelancing, with verifiable success on international freelance platforms.
NSDA Certification: Official NSDA CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) Level 4 Trainer/Assessor methodology certification is strongly preferred. Industry certifications are a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation skills, fluent English business communication (both written and spoken), strong negotiation capabilities, and patience in coaching learners from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
