Job Description / Responsibility

Marketing Bee, a Chattogram-based marketing agency, is looking for an experienced SEO & Media Buying Expert to join our team full-time.
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site only)
Location: Ayub Mansion (1st Floor), Road No. 1, South Khulshi, Chattogram – 4225
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies — keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, content, and backlink building
Optimize content for AI search, Google AI Overviews, GEO, AEO, and answer engines
Audit websites for technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data) and implement fixes
Track and improve organic rankings, traffic, and search visibility across projects
MEDIA BUYING
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Manage targeting, budgets, creatives, keywords, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
Test and scale campaigns based on performance data
TRACKING & REPORTING
Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, and conversion tracking
Report regularly on SEO and paid campaign performance with clear, actionable insights
Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and ad platform policy changes

Educational Requirements

Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in SEO and media buying
Proven hands-on experience in both SEO (on-page, technical, content, off-page) and media buying (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner)
Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and conversion tracking
Understanding of AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) and how search behavior is shifting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Good communication skills in English and Bangla
Ability to manage multiple SEO and ad campaigns independently
